DAMPA UNION acts as a facilitator and service coordinator, working with third-party institutions such as universities, hospitals, embassies, travel agencies, and insurance companies. While we provide professional guidance, final decisions (e.g. visa approvals, university admissions, airline cancellations) are made by these third parties.
We are not liable for delays, rejections, cancellations, or losses resulting from:

Client’s false or incomplete documentation

Third-party decisions or policy changes

Acts of God, political unrest, or force majeure

Missed deadlines or non-responsiveness from clients
Refund Policy
General Refund Terms

All service fees paid to DAMPA UNION are subject to the following refund rules.

Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 calendar days from the event or issue.

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 10–15 business days.

Any approved refund may be subject to a deduction of administrative, banking, or processing fees.
Consultation & Processing Services

Non-refundable once a consultation has taken place or once work has begun (e.g., document review, school search, application prep).

If cancelled before any service is started, up to 50% may be refunded on a case-by-case basis.

No refund is provided for missed appointments or client inaction.
Education Services (Admission & Scholarship Assistance)

Application and processing fees are non-refundable after document submission to partner universities or visa authorities.

If the client chooses not to continue before any official submission, a partial refund may be considered.

If a student’s visa is denied due to verifiable error by DAMPA UNION, we may offer free reprocessing or partial refund at our discretion.

DAMPA UNION is not responsible for rejections due to false information or missing documentation from the client.
Visa, Flight, and Travel Bookings

Visa service fees are non-refundable once submitted to the embassy or VFS.

Flight and hotel bookings are handled via third-party partners; refunds are subject to airline or hotel cancellation policies.

DAMPA UNION is not liable for third-party refusal to refund but will assist in requesting eligible refunds or rescheduling.

Booking changes caused by personal emergencies, travel bans, or visa delays do not qualify for automatic refunds.
Medical Tourism Services

Appointment deposits for hospitals and clinics are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified by the healthcare provider.

If the patient cannot travel due to visa issues or emergencies, we will work to reschedule or transfer appointments when possible.

DAMPA UNION is not liable for hospital cancellation charges or failed treatments, as we do not offer medical services directly.
Force Majeure Clause
DAMPA UNION is not responsible for refunds or losses due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Political unrest

Embassy closures

Government policy changes
