At Dampa Union, we are committed to providing high-quality online language education. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

Trial Lessons & First Class Guarantee

  • Students are encouraged to book a trial lesson before purchasing a package.

  • If you are not satisfied after your first paid lesson, you may request a refund for the remaining unused sessions only.

Refund Policy 

Course Packages & Subscriptions

  • All course packages (weekly, monthly, or multi-week plans) are non-refundable once classes have started.

  • Refunds are not provided for:

    • Missed classes

    • Change of mind after lessons have begun

    • Scheduling conflicts on the student’s side

Unused lessons are not refundable but may be rescheduled according to our rescheduling policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Technical issues on our side that prevent lesson delivery

  • Instructor unavailability with no suitable replacement

  • Duplicate or accidental payments

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase.

Special Needs Programs

  • Special needs programs are customized and require dedicated instructors.

  • Once a special needs course has started, it is non-refundable due to preparation and resource allocation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Students must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule a class.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be considered completed lessons and are not eligible for refunds.

Payment Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Any transaction or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

Changes to This Policy

Dampa Union reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately.

Consultation & Processing Services
  • Non-refundable once a consultation has taken place or once work has begun (e.g., document review, school search, application prep).

  • If cancelled before any service is started, up to 50% may be refunded on a case-by-case basis.

  • No refund is provided for missed appointments or client inaction.

 
Education Services (Admission & Scholarship Assistance)
  • Application and processing fees are non-refundable after document submission to partner universities or visa authorities.

  • If the client chooses not to continue before any official submission, a partial refund may be considered.

  • If a student’s visa is denied due to verifiable error by DAMPA UNION, we may offer free reprocessing or partial refund at our discretion.

  • DAMPA UNION is not responsible for rejections due to false information or missing documentation from the client.

 
Visa, Flight, and Travel Bookings
  • Visa service fees are non-refundable once submitted to the embassy or VFS.

  • Flight and hotel bookings are handled via third-party partners; refunds are subject to airline or hotel cancellation policies.

  • DAMPA UNION is not liable for third-party refusal to refund but will assist in requesting eligible refunds or rescheduling.

  • Booking changes caused by personal emergencies, travel bans, or visa delays do not qualify for automatic refunds.

 
Medical Tourism Services
  • Appointment deposits for hospitals and clinics are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified by the healthcare provider.

  • If the patient cannot travel due to visa issues or emergencies, we will work to reschedule or transfer appointments when possible.

  • DAMPA UNION is not liable for hospital cancellation charges or failed treatments, as we do not offer medical services directly.

 
Force Majeure Clause

DAMPA UNION is not responsible for refunds or losses due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Political unrest

  • Natural disasters

  • Epidemics

  • Airline shutdowns

  • Embassy closures

  • Government policy changes

 
Non-Refundable Situations
  • Service already delivered or partially completed

  • Visa refusal due to false information or ineligible documents

  • Student’s failure to attend interviews or embassy appointments

  • Missed deadlines due to client inaction

  • Change of mind after commitment or confirmation of service
