All lessons are delivered 100% online.

Eligibility

Students under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent.
By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

What to include in the T&C document

Enrollment & Payments

Course fees must be paid in advance to secure enrollment.

Trial Lessons

Scheduling, Cancellations & Attendance

Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a lesson.
Missed lessons, late cancellations, or no-shows are considered completed and are not refundable.
Dampa Union reserves the right to reschedule lessons in case of instructor unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.

Special Needs Programs

Special needs lessons are customized and delivered by trained instructors.
Due to preparation and resource allocation, these programs are non-refundable once started.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

Show respect toward instructors and other students
Attend classes on time
Use appropriate language and behavior

Dampa Union reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund for inappropriate conduct, abuse, or disruption.

Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, content, recordings, and resources provided by Dampa Union are the exclusive property of Dampa Union.
Materials may not be copied, recorded, shared, or redistributed without written permission.

Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring:

Stable internet connection
Working microphone, camera, and device

Dampa Union is not responsible for disruptions caused by the student’s technical issues.

Limitation of Liability

Dampa Union shall not be held liable for:

Learning outcomes or exam results
Internet or platform disruptions beyond our control
Indirect or consequential damages

Language progress varies by individual effort and consistency.
